COURT JURISDICTION

The Divisional Commissioner has been entrusted with the appellate /revisional jurisdiction under various state acts. The office acts as a quasi judicial court. The court proceedings of Divisional Commissioner and Additional Divisional Commissioner are conducted in the Revenue courts building(first floor of Ladpura tehsil building) in the collectorate campus. The court days have been fixed as under :

(a)	Court of Divisional Commissioner	On every Tuesday
(b)	Court of Additional Divisional Commissioner	On every Wednesday and Thrusday & Friday

The appeals/revisions and stay applications can be presented on all the working days in the week.The various acts under which the revisional/appellate jurisdiction is exercised and no. of cases pending under various acts in the above courts are given below:

Division of Jurisdiction:-

The appellate/revisional jurisdiction has been demarcated between Divisional Commissioner and Addl. Divisional Commissioner in the following manner:
